A drink from our first evening in the hotel back in DC this past April. Along with K, mom, and dad. It’s always nice to be treated to free drinks and snacks – it seems to be a more common thing in hotels these days. Which is great. I have a very limited knowledge of cocktails, though, so I ended up with your basic rum and coke. With lime. (Not a particularly exciting post, I realize.)
