Getting some ice cream at Easter, with K and the younger C of the cousins. It’s surprisingly difficult to find things to do – pretty much anywhere. Unless you have something particular in mind, of course. We all got fruit, too, instead of legitimate ice cream cones. Squigley’s Ice Cream and Treats is a homemade ice cream shop just outside of Wilmington, in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. They are known for their namesake the Squigley, which start with a base of vanilla ice cream and then add in any of their hundreds of toppings. When your Squigley is delivered you are given a bright pink sticker with the words they echo to you, “now you’ve been squiggled!”
